Whilst working at Landscape Projects Fergus lead the design of the Hallsville Quarter development in Canning Town.

Initially Landscape Projects worked with the development corporation to develop the masterplan for the site and to complete the infrastructural alterations to the A13 roundabout needed to free up the land. Fergus worked on the public realm design to remove the roundabout and to redevelop the local high street.

Following this enabling stage Fergus worked alongside Haworth Tompkins Architects and BY Development Ltd to build out phase 1 of the masterplan which included a first floor communal garden situated over a supermarket.
