Maggie wanted an economic transformation of her house which would not look like a standard loft extension. We worked with her to create a double pitched rear loft, that complied with permitted development, and that made for a really interesting shaped space at the top of her house.
On the ground floor we added an extension to her kitchen which opens onto a small terrace suspended over the access to her basement. Both additions were clad in zinc to give a stylish contemporary finish.
