We were asked to take this project for the renovation of a Grade 2 listed town house in Chelsea from planning through to completion. The work required a sensitive approach to the renovation in the main areas of the house, with new flooring, bathrooms, electrics and heating.
To the front of the house we reinstated the stucco render and repaved the garden to match the stone used elsewhere in the ground floor.
To the rear of the house we cut a walk on glass roof terrace into the closet wing roof, and transformed the kitchen into an open, light and dynamic space.
The client is based in Australia much of the time and so we managed the build on his behalf with regular comunication to ensure that he was able to obtain the finished result he wanted.
